Welcome to Little Bowerbird. Each artwork is created and sold with great care, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing original art from our collection. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Original Artwork

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or personal preference.

We encourage customers to carefully review all artwork descriptions, dimensions, colours, and photos before purchasing. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@littlebowerbird.com.au

To assist with your claim, please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the artwork

• Photographs of the packaging and any damage

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement (where possible)

• Store credit

• A partial or full refund at our discretion

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour timeframe may not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

We take every reasonable precaution to package artworks securely for transit. However, once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by couriers

• Lost parcels marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Commissioned or Custom Artwork

All commissioned, personalised, or custom-made artwork is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once work has commenced or the order has been approved.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, significantly different from their description, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.

Shipping Information

Thank you for purchasing original artwork from Little Bowerbird. Every piece is carefully packaged and prepared with the utmost attention to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Times

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

As many artworks are original, handmade, or finished to order, occasional delays may occur. If there is a significant delay with your order, you will be contacted via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These costs are quoted piece by piece, if you need to know prior to purchase please contact us on info@littlebowerbird.com.au.

If you are in south-east Qld around Brisbane, we strongly recommend collection, please reach out to arrange. Our collection point is Albion.

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

• Metro areas: 10 + business days (depending on courier)

• Regional areas: 10 + business days (depending on courier)

Please note these are estimated timeframes only and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available.

Packaging & Care

All artworks are packaged carefully using protective materials to help prevent damage during transit. Larger or delicate works may be shipped in custom packaging or protective tubes/crates where required.

We recommend carefully unpacking your artwork using scissors or a blade away from the artwork surface to avoid accidental damage.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the packaging

• Photographs of the damaged artwork

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping provider.
